Angry youth demonstrate over abandoned Sofoline-Abuakwa road

A group of young people have demonstrated viciously against the government for abandoning the Sofoline-Abuakwa road for the past twelve years.

The group; Youth Coalition for Progress at Atwima Nwabiagya were seen Thursday wielding placards and chanting; “no road, no vote” and “enough is enough”

They called on politicians to stop taking them for granted and move rapidly to work on the road.

The angry youth who wanted to hand a petition detailing their concerns to the Regional Minister waited were sourly disappointed that he did not show up to receive the petition and/or address them.
