Suspected murderer who shot and killed his wife two years ago in Adankwame Ntensere in Ashanti Region has been arrested for prosecution.
Kwabena Gyamfi aka Ogyam allegedly shot and killed his twenty-four year old wife Linda Osei suspecting she was having extra marital affair with another man.
The suspect, after the incident reportedly fled to La Cote D’ Ivoire .
Two years down the line, police had information Ogyam had returned to Ghana and was arrested from his hideout in Anwiankwanta near Bekwai upon information from the public.
Ashanti Regional Police Command told journalists at a press briefing the region has recorded high robbery cases in recent times.
Deputy Regional Commander, ACP Ampofo Duku however assured the people of maximum security and urged them to volunteer information that can help apprehend criminals.
